This upcoming S3C meeting continues the long-standing tradition of bringing together a vibrant community of both young and established researchers of all ages. However, this meeting expands the scope of the meeting to reflect current exciting directions in atomically precise materials and therefore has been renamed to: “Symposium of Size Selected Clusters and Complexes”
S3C2 will comprise several sessions on cutting edge cluster research and provide a forum for scientists working in the field of small clusters and nanoparticles. It provides for an informal atmosphere, it acts as a marketplace of ideas, and it sustains networking with old and new partners. In the afternoons, it keeps plenty of time for discussions and working group meetings. Young students and scientists have been encouraged to participate. In addition to a series of Invited Talks this years meeting will also feature Hot Topic Presentations.
